We hope you will be delighted with your order but do understand that occasionally it may be necessary to return something ordered through the internet that does not fit or was not exactly as you expected. Please firstly telephone us on 01603 625405 to discuss the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. Items must return to us within 14 days be unworn and in their original packaging.
We recommend that you use Recorded or Special Delivery for any returns, the cost of which is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Pierced Earrings: In the interests of hygiene and for the protection of all of our customers, pierced earrings are excluded from our refund and exchange policy.
- Personalised Jewellery: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.
- Shop purchases: Any items purchased in store are not subject to refund unless faulty. As a gesture of goodwill, however, we are happy to exchange unworn items within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of pierced earrings as per above.
