Item Packaging. Earrings, bracelets and necklaces are despatched in our pretty boxes or pouches. Pendants are boxed. We enclose a 'Care of your Pearls' card with each order.
With the exception of very periods such as Christmas, orders are posted the following working day via the Royal Mail. This service is available Monday to Friday only and excludes bank and public holidays. Due to COVID-19, special delivery by Royal Mail is not guaranteed for 1pm next working day. Please see their website for details.
The appropriate delivery charge for your delivery address will be calculated at checkout.
UK mainland delivery
Standard first class delivery is £4.00.
All orders over £50 will be automatically upgraded to 1st Class Recorded delivery which will require a signature on delivery.
Special Delivery, costs £7.95 and offers guaranteed delivery by 1 pm on the next working day following despatch. Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail are not currently guaranteed 1pm delivery, please see their website for details.
Please be aware that orders placed at the weekend and on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day (Mon - Fri) and that a longer delivery time may apply to the more remote parts of the UK.
Orders from outside the UK
European Signed for delivery is £10.00
Worldwide Signed for delivery is £15.00. Please check your Customs regulations regarding the import of precious metal jewellery before ordering.
If your order is over £100 or you need quicker delivery, we recommend upgrading to Special Delivery.
We hope you will be delighted with your order but do understand that occasionally it may be necessary to return something ordered through the internet that does not fit or was not exactly as you expected. Please firstly telephone us on 01985 841299 to discuss the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. Items must return to us within 14 days be unworn and in their original packaging.
We recommend that you use Recorded or Special Delivery for any returns, the cost of which is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Pierced Earrings: In the interests of hygiene and for the protection of all of our customers, pierced earrings are excluded from our refund and exchange policy.
- Personalised Jewellery: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.
- Shop purchases: Any items purchased in store are not subject to refund unless faulty. As a gesture of goodwill, however, we are happy to exchange unworn items within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of pierced earrings as per above.
