This necklace is a fantastic alternative to the more traditional round pearl necklace. The pearls are not at all round, they are in fact potato shaped, so called because they resemble potatoes!  The pink freshwater pearls are a good size at approximately 8mm in diameter and the necklace is long enough to be doubled and worn as a two row necklace without the need of a shortener.

This necklace is a loop, there is no clasp, and the pearls are nice and secure due to the traditional knotting between each pearl.

Wear it loose, knotted or as a two row necklace;  a very versatile rope of pearls!
